Every week I’m going to suggest a word for us to reflect on and share with one another. This week, the word is “lifted.”
As I typed an invitation to the word “lifted,” the song I’m listening to repeated “All delighted people raise their hands, all delighted people…” And as though she understood what she surely could not, my baby lifted her hands.
And, as though she understood what I’m sure she does, she lifted my spirit.
Lifted.
