Songbird Music Together: Winter Session

Songbird Music Together: Winter Session

Jan 16-Mar 26

Music Together has been offering classes since 1987 when it pioneered the concept of research based, developmentally appropriate early childhood music curriculum emphasizing adult involvement.

Each 45 minute class includes singing, movement, playing rhythm instruments and rhyming presented as informal, non-performance musical experiences which are developmentally appropriate for children and enjoyable for parents and caregivers regardless of their own musical skill.

Recovery Dharma Meeting

Recovery Dharma Meeting

Our program uses the Buddhist practices of meditation, self-inquiry, wisdom, compassion, and community as tools for recovery and healing. We believe that recovery is about finding our own inner wisdom and our own path.

Recovery Dharma welcomes anyone who is looking to heal from addiction and addictive behavior, whether it’s caused by substance use or process addictions like codependency,  gambling, eating disorders, relationships, technology, or any obsessive or habitual pattern that creates suffering. We’ve found that this Buddhist-inspired path can lead to liberation from the suffering of addiction, and we support you in finding your own path to recovery.

Weekly Worship

Weekly Worship

Join us in our ADA-accessible main sanctuary space where we share worship time in a variety of ways. There is “Worship and Wonder” time for children ages 6 to 12. We share the bread and cup of Communion with everyone who wants it every Sunday. (Our bread is always gluten-free, nut-free, soy-free, and vegan. Our cup is non-alcoholic grape juice.)
